Participation-based integration of Indigenous Lineage Practices
Workshops are based in verbal teaching, meditation, and song to share content, and use journaling, breath, somatic embodiment, and attentive listening in small groups for integration of the concepts shared.

Attentive and Reflective Listening
A private, compassionate, and loving space for all of your parts to be seen, valued, and dignified in their wholeness. For those seeking a decolonial and non-DSM-based place for self-reflection and tending.
Ancestral Connection and Healing
A space to honor the exploration of your lineage, to grow familiarity and kinship with your ancestry, and to experience healing with those who came before and those who come after. This is a place to honor the full story, grief, beauty, and guidance of those we carry in our bones and blood. For those wanting to begin or deepen their ancestral connection, and/or healing work with their lineage.
Restoring Self-Dignity and Inherent Worth
A space for the primal wound of belonging to be held in loving kindness, with deep listening and meditative anchors on our true nature of inherent value and important pieces of the whole. For those feeling disconnected from their personal value, perhaps with feelings of self-judgement, shame, or guilt.
Somatic Attunement
A gentle and affirming space for restoring the relationship of body and spirit. Using attuned and reflective listening to the body, we will practice simple somatic methods for expanding the felt capacity for embodiment and relationship with the center self. For all those wanting to feel more kindly and clearly connected to their body and spirit.
Altar Building and Practice
A place for to explore your practical application of relating to the altar/s you most need in this moment, whether that's an altar for the Collective, for the Ancestors, for Self Love, The Four Directions, The Elements, Relationship, Justice, etc. We’ll cover the foundations of the altar, from intentions, to materials, to setting, to regular practice, to deconstruction. For those looking to build or strengthen their personal altar and prayer practice.
Ceremonial Preparation and/or Integration
A space to prepare for any kind of ceremony or ritual, where you are supported to design an experience that meets your intentions and prayers with meaningful practice. A space to reflect, metabolize, and integrate on a ceremonial or ritual experience so that the impact is lasting and intentional. For those seeking support in memorializing and meaning-deepening their ceremonial experiences.
